Trust & Security
At Logentrix Systems, data security is a core part of how we design, build, operate, and improve our services. Our approach is based on layered protection across infrastructure, applications, access, monitoring, and operational governance.
Security Principles
Infrastructure
Our services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger. Customer data is hosted in EU data centres by default. Where customers have specific data residency requirements, we can accommodate those where feasible.
Data in Transit & At Rest
All communications with our services use HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is protected through our hosting environment's infrastructure controls combined with Logentrix-managed access controls.
Access Control
- Administrative access restricted to authorised personnel only
- Multi-factor authentication enforced for all administrative accounts
- Role-based access โ users receive only permissions needed for their function
- Access reviewed and revoked when no longer required
Incident Response
We maintain an internal incident response process covering identification, containment, investigation, and remediation. If a confirmed security incident affects customer data, impacted customers will be notified without undue delay.
Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed to support service delivery. Log retention periods in DebugStream vary by plan (1 day to 1 year). Customers may request deletion of their data at any time.
