1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product or service provided by Logentrix Systems ("we", "us", "our"), including DebugStream, Flowmesh, DLens, and PlateVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Logentrix Systems provides developer tooling and SDK products. Each product operates under these shared terms, supplemented by any product-specific documentation made available in the relevant product portal or website.
- DebugStream — Remote mobile app debugging and log streaming platform
- Flowmesh — Mobile app distribution and OTA update platform
- DLens — On-device identity document scanning SDK
- PlateVision — Licence plate recognition SDK
3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage systems
- Use our services to collect or store personal data without appropriate consent
- Resell or sublicence our services without written authorisation
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal, with access continuing until the end of the paid period.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including SDKs, portal interfaces, documentation, and branding, remain with Logentrix Systems. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your own business purposes.
7. Data & Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For security practices, see our Trust & Security page. By using our services you agree to those practices.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability across all services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We will communicate planned outages where reasonably practicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logentrix Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or our services. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the portal. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
